I bought this fryer over a year ago from Amazon - no complaints with Amazon. Emeril, however is another story. It fries just fine but when I drain the oil into the pan - yikes! I've cleaned up so much cooking oil in the past 2 months from the leaking basket. I think the lever used to adjust is faulty. Curse you, Emeril!!
