I seldom cook in any manner except for steaming and have gone through many steamers over the years. This is by far the best and easiest steamer to use yet.
I really enjoy the ability to steam up to three different items at a time and the burst feature that allows for success when the lid needs to be lifted to add items. I have never had the rice fail to cook properly when doing this and anyone who is familiar with rice cooking knows that lifting the lid during cooking can ruin the rice. Not with this unit though and that makes this steamer a very big plus in my book and wish I had used this much sooner.
I have given away the other two steamers that I was using and only use this one now and now longer have to use multiple steamers cluttering my countertops any more.
