When I received the pan the handle was somewhat loose. There was a piece broken off near the area where it attached to the pan. There was a slight dent in the side of the pan suggesting that it was dropped during packaging and the small broken piece of plastic was no where to be found in the box which was in perfect condition.
Other than this defect which I think they should have sent only a good condition pan and not one that had been dropped it is a good pan. It is average quality but the price was very reasonable.
