Customer Review: Broken Motor in 3 Months!!

I bought this product in February of 2009 at a great price. I was happy with all the features and its capabilities. However, today May 7, 2009, I went to make a smoothie, and I was shocked that my machine would not even cut on. I tried a different outlet, and no action. I called T-Fal customer service. They told me that I would have to mail the product in at my expense to have it serviced. I then called the place I originally ordered it from and they are giving me a complete refund for the food processor. I am thankful for that since it has been over 30 days. Though I will miss my food processor, I feel ripped off by T-Fal. BUYER BEWARE if you are planning on using your machine on a rather NORMAL basis!!
