Customer Review: A good fryer, but needs a few changes.

I like this deep fryer, but there are a couple changes that need to be made. The chrome sides become hot during frying, so be careful. Also, the lid is tough to close when the basket is in the machine because the fit is a bit too tight.
On the plus side, it cooks evenly and quickly, much quicker than my previous fryer. The size is also a big plus, especially if you're cooking for more than 2 people.
