I love the easy clean aspect to this deep fryer. I have worked with a variety of home deep fryers in the past and this was the easiest to clean. I did find that it would overheat and I would need to let the unit cool down before the 'reset' button would allow the unit to begin heating again. This was after I used it for a larger party and the unit was turned on for about an hour and a half cooking fish and french fries.
